„EDEN” is located in Sopot at 4/6 Ks.A. Kordeckiego Street since 1908. It was built by architect Adolf Bielfedt for the Warmuth & Arndt company, which was involved in real estate trading. Soon after, the building was purchased by Dr. Wilhelmina Putzler to be converted into an elegant guesthouse. After renovation in 1912, „Eden” looked just like it does today. In 1919, the building was bought by Polish entrepreneur Józef Draheim.
The guesthouse is situated on the edge of the South Park, close to the „Łazienki” promenade and just a few steps away from the beach. The house is majestic and has two floors. It is adorned with characteristic projections and a multi-gabled ceramic roof. Additionally, it features balconies, a corner bay window, a semi-circular terrace on the ground floor, and an annex with a veranda.
The rooms are equipped with satellite TV, radio, and a stable internet connection available in most rooms, as well as wireless internet in each room. Guests can choose between rooms with a bathroom (shower or bathtub – available in one room) or a washbasin. The original and eco-friendly wooden floors covered with carpets add charm, and the balconies offer views of all sides of the hotel, including the North Łazienki Park.
