Reservation is confirmed after sending the agreed deposit, which should be paid into the account within 3 days from the date of the initial reservation – failure to make the payment within this period is treated as a cancellation of the order. The remaining payment is settled on the day of arrival.
The hotel day starts at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
The prices given are gross amounts – it is possible to issue an invoice.
Cancellation of arrival in the reserved period does not result in a refund of the deposit.
In the event of shortening your stay with us (caused by factors beyond our control), the remaining payment for the stay is non-refundable.
According to the resolution of the City Council of Władysławowo XXV/257/2008, we are obliged to collect a local fee, which in 2013 amounted to 0.70 PLN per day for children and students, as well as pensioners and retirees; 1.70 PLN per day for other persons.

It is an ideal place for tourists who appreciate peace and contact with nature. Worth mentioning are the picturesque Chłapowo Gorge and the Chłapowo Cliff with an educational path and a viewpoint that offers an unforgettable view of the sea and the beach.
The proximity of Władysławowo and Jastrzębia Góra with their attractions makes Chłapowo an equally attractive place for a peaceful vacation. The Central Olympic Preparation Center – Cetniewo (swimming pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts, sports fields, biological renewal) is located about 500 meters away. Another attraction is the newly opened Ocean Park in Władysławowo.
Our house can serve as a good starting point for Władysławowo, Hel, Jastrzębia Góra, and the TRI-CITY.
